Organisations wishing to demonstrate they have competent project management personnel.

Attendees:

Will know and understand the language of project management

Will be able to employ some of the principles of best practice project management

Will be able to confidently sit the PFQ examination

Will be able to demonstrate their competences in their working environments

Pre-requisites

No previous project management experience is necessary.
