CIOB Certificate and Diploma in Site Management via Webinar
What is this course about?
The CIOB Level 4 Certificate and Diploma in Site Management are qualifications that have been developed to provide career progression and increased promotion prospects.
The Certificate is gained after the successful completion of three modules and the Diploma after all nine.
Who is eligible?
The course provides training and qualifications in site management for those who want to be or might already be employed in a managerial position. Candidates come from a wide range of backgrounds, from main contractors, subcontractors, clients and housing associations
What is involved?
The Certificate requires completion of the Managing Health, Safety and Wellbeing Unit and any two additional Units.
The Diploma requires completion of all nine units. Candidates can select individual units should they only wish to complete the Certificate.

-Managing the Quality of Construction Works
-Managing Health, Safety and Wellbeing in Construction Works
-Project Planning, Control, Monitoring and Risk for Construction
-Managing People in a Professional Construction Context
-Organisation of the Construction Site
Construction Project Resourcing and Cost Management
-Managing the Technology of Modern and Traditional Construction Works
-Managing Sustainable Construction of Modern & Traditional Construction Works
How is it delivered?
Units are delivered over a four week period, with a live webinar once a week which can be attended at the time or watched back as a recording at your convenience. Short practical tasks are set during the unit to ensure understanding and progression.
There is usually a two week gap between units to ensure everyone has adequate time to submit their coursework, and also to access one to one tutorials with the trainers.
There are no examinations as performance is assessed by project work based on real projects.
