Course Overview

This workshop outlines the main principles of the Building Safety Act. It will take you

through the background, legislation, new bodies, the requirements for all works as well as high risk buildings (HRBs), roles and responsibilities and principal elements of the gateway process such as the golden thread of information, change and safety-critical elements.

Who is this Course suitable for?

 

Suitable for anyone operating in the construction industry, in particular contractors, designers, subcontractors, clients, investors and developers. For all levels from directors, managers, on-site operatives to supporting functions such as admin, estimators, quantity surveyors and procurement.

Course Structure

 

The course will consist of 5 90 minute group webinars, 3 virtual 1-2-personal training sessions, and a final full day in-person bespoke 1-2-1 training session from Jonathan targeting specific areas agreed in advance with the candidate.
