Earlier this year our company Collen Construction engaged the services of Training LMS to assist a number of our key staff in gaining Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building. The training was held over two days and was based around assisting with every element of the application process. In doing so this offered great clarity in completing the application and gave a definitive approach to the questions, ensuring our staff’s experience was reflected to its full extent in their applications. Our tutor, Allan, from Training LMS created an informal and relaxed atmosphere during the delivery of the course which offered a forum whereby questions and answers could be discussed openly and fully allowing our staff gain the full benefit of his experience. Today through the assistance of Training LMS we are proud to have a number of our key staff recognised as Chartered Construction Managers and we hope to further engage with Training LMS in the near future.
