Paul Young

Paul is a Chartered Construction Manager and Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Trustee with over 38 years of construction industry experience. He has managed a wide range construction projects as the project lead, contracts and operations manager in commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

Paul also helps advise on the Building Safety Act 2022 in the UK and previously co-chaired a working group to implement business improvement measures to align with Building Safety Act requirements.

Over the last 10 years Paul has been able to call on his experience to develop risk management processes, train site and project managers and give guest lectures. He has also driven improvements in safety performance and helped create the right environment for people to work safely on site.
