Nouman Qadir

Nouman is a qualified civil engineer, chartered construction manager (MCIOB), and a certified project manager who uses his knowledge of the field to effectively assist in resolving construction and procurement disputes of his clients. Nouman teaches Construction Law at Queen’s University Belfast and is the Treasurer of the Construction Industry Council Northern Ireland and a committee member of CIOB Northern Ireland Hub.
