Maria joined Training LMS in 2026, after moving to Dubai the previous year. She has more than 20 years of experience in customer service supporting clients in banking, insurance, logistics, BPO and sales in the Philippines and Singapore. She enjoys building good relationships, solving problems and making sure clients feel supported and believes that clear communication and the right tools help create smooth and positive experiences.
